Frequently asked

What if I'm not sure what my problem is?

That's a common place to start, and it's what the assessment is for. Many founders can feel that something is off without being able to name it. I look at how the business really runs and work out what's behind it.

I encourage you to book a discovery call, and we can talk through what you're facing and figure out what makes the most sense.

What makes a good problem to bring to the strategy call?

One that's specific and well-defined: something you've already run into and can describe. If you're not sure what the problem is yet, the assessment is usually a better place to start.

Do I need the assessment before ongoing support?

It's highly recommended, though not required. The assessment shows what's actually limiting the business, so the work that follows is aimed at the right thing. If you'd rather talk through ongoing support first, a discovery call is the place to start.

What do I need to prepare, and how long does the assessment take?

Before the working session, just look over the numbers you already track and report on. You don't need to know every number. What you know about your business, and what you're not sure of, tells me just as much, so show up as yourself.

The assessment usually takes two to three weeks. The working session is about two hours, and the debrief is about 45 minutes. For larger businesses, I may want more time with you and other key people.

Do you offer payment plans?

For the assessment, yes. I can offer split payments, and I'm happy to work with you on what makes the most sense for you.

She pushed our thinking and helped clarify the gap between where we are today and what a more intentional, structured growth path could look like. The insights were practical and well-timed for where we are as a business.
