Hi, I'm Katie.
I help founders build a business that keeps growing without needing more of them. I learned how by doing it for a founder who needed rest as much as results.
When I left my corporate job, I was burnt out. I knew I didn't want to go back, but I didn't know what I wanted instead. Shortly after, a friend called about someone they knew who needed help with client projects. After we talked, I joined part-time.
The business ran on one belief: the leaders of purpose-driven organizations are the ones our communities can least afford to lose to burnout. So it helped them look after their own well-being, and that often meant making room for rest and recovery.
The work ended up being part of my own healing. It was real, it was meaningful, and I was listening to my body again. A few months later, the founder asked me to help with operations and strategy too, and the plans we made always left space across the year to breathe, think and create.
Piece by piece, we built what let the business run without the founder holding it all: a CRM that worked and a project process that scaled. The founder got room to rest and to build the business they wanted. Now I do that for other founders.

How I work
I'm not the right fit if you want to grind at all costs. I believe in growth you can sustain.
I use AI to strengthen what each person on your team contributes, not to replace them. I choose tools only after I understand how you operate, because none of them is the answer on its own. And I won't recommend something I don't believe will work.
She doesn't jump straight into solutions. She helps you understand the underlying dynamics first, which made the insights much more useful and actionable for us.
